I put the step by step procedure in fornt of all the pictures .. so please don't continue to post how to do this .. it is on the first page and always has been.

Thank you

hey smashingpumpkins, do you think it would be fine for me to mix the tea tree oil in the acv to fight the acne, if so how much of the tto should i put in there.

Hehe...

Put TTO first, let it dry...then apply ACV.

or...ACV first, then TTO.

Don't mix them.

what would happen i f i mixed them? Cause it would be so much easier to just put the acv mixed with tto insteaed of having to do more steps then i already am.

No No.

TTO kills acnes, & ACV decreases oil-production, evens out skin tone, and fades redmarks.

So, if you want to kill acnes, apply TTO first.

FOTE helped heal your redmarks?

FOTE has helped improve my skin, yes. its done a lot for me.

but i think its a combo of both ACV and FOTE that helped my redmarks.

but products are different for everyone. i got lucky and it worked for me.

i have really sensitive skin, so i cant use hardcore chemicals and such.

but wouldnt the acv just wipe the tea tree oil off....thats why i was thinking about mixing it so it all would just stay on. I was just wondering if it will cancel out on of the other if I mixed it

Oh definitely! aloe vera is great, but even better in conjunction with ACV. For me, i think aloe has faded my marks but i think ACV is way more better in fading the red marks. yes like glory+us, i have sensitive skin, i cannot stand the toxic chemicals in cosmetics now! natural is the way to go

ummm, vinnymacka.

I think it is not a good idea to mix water (ACV) and oil (TTO) together. I don't think they will mix well anyway.

Test it out in a shot glass see how it works .. mix like 5 or 7 drops of TTO fill glass half way with ACV and the other half with water .. or more ACV or more water w/e you feel comfortable with.

I just mix my TTO with water .. apply and wait until my face is completely dry and put the ACV on my face and then wait until that is completely dry and moisturize.

I am sure alot of you are wondering why I haven't posted well don't think it isn't because ACV isn't working anymore. Like I said before, school consumes most of my time, and when I am not in school I am usually studying, with my boyfriend, playing World of Warcraft (sooo addicting) or just with my friends. So juggling all that and having enough time to come online and respond to you guys is alot. That is why I chnaged my first page so alot of the repeated questions won't be asked, because I don't have time ton repeat myself. I am not trying to me a "bitch" but if I don't answer your questions via PM/MySpace or on this Thread chances are I have alrdy answered them and they are on the first page.

I am going to update soon lol I have too, it is starting to get very cold and I really don't want to stand outside in 20 degree whether taking pix. Maybe today when I get out of school if I do not have alot of homework. It also depends on if my dig. camera lasts that long .. I don't have a charger for it so the battery is virtually dead lol I am surpised it has lasted 4 years without a charger.

Good Luck Everyone!

That's one of the great things about ACV it won't dry out your skin or make it more oily.

Hi, I started using ACV recently on Sunday. I have active pimples and i poped two ripe ones. And i applied 100% on a piece of cotton wool and left it on my skin for 20 mins. Then yesterday, the pimple was cleased and flat but there's extra red skin layer developing. :( When will it drop out?

appling undiluted ACV for the first time on your face is tought enough but applying undiluted ACV for 20 min! Not good .. you have a burn mark. If I were you moisturize, moisturize, moisturize and apply neosporin. Don't put BP or anymore ACV on that area. If you ever pop a pimple .. put ACV all over your face bc ACV kills bacteria and then put neosporin on what you popped .. but don't leave it on it for 20 min.

Ive been using ACV 2 days now and I havent popped any of my pimples, Im so proud of myself because its been so tempting. Skin is still not dry, amazing. I look forward to my progress and I'll post some pictures in a couple of weeks when I begin to notice a difference.

I do the "soaking" tips two times a day and "drown" lol the pimples in steamy hot water, dry off with a towel and then I apply ACV toner right after.

you should take atlrast 1 pic of how you currently look bc if you just post pix of your redmarks lightening ppl will be skeptical .. so if i were you take a pic of what you look like now and in a couple of weeks take some more pix .. this way ppl can see a difference.

OMG... I desperately want to have my skin peeled off like yours (2nd pic).

Charming, I see MAJOR improvement....good on you.

So,

1. you did the "hot water soaking" method and then apply 100% ACV directly?

2. After how long? Your skin started to peel off?

3. I guess this is similar to the peeling of glycolic acid?

"hot water soaking" method and then apply 100% ACV directly what is the hot water soaking?

This happned to me when I mixed TTO and ACV .. my chin got all scabby .. peeled and looks so much better now. I am surprised the ACV gave you a peel all by itself .. that is awsome.

PS. They look noticeably lighter. :)

"hot water soaking"... This method is from the other thread, which is the highest recommended method because it is fast and simple.

Basically, soak your face into hot water for 1 minute (before shower).

Thank you so much for saying you see an improvement, its really motivating!

1. I did the "hot water soaking" 3 times a day for 1 minute each time, soak your face into a bucket of water and take new breaths every 10 sekonds, I used a timer to keep track on how long a minute was. The water does need to be very very hot, but not so scolding hot that you cant keep your head and face down in the water. Yes, I used 100% Apple Cider Vinegar straight out of the bottle applied to a cotton ball.

2. My skin started to peel off on day 2! I was actually using ACV manicly because I wanted to see results quickly and all of the sudden during the evening I started to feel like my skin was beginning to feel like concrete, I did a few ugly faces and massaged up my skin and smiled infront of the mirror and the hard skin started to crack and peel off. In order to remove the dead skin I soaked myself in hot water again to make the skin soft and I softly rubbed the dead skin off with my fingertips.

3. I think there is some kind of antioxidant acid in ACV. But I cant say for sure its gonna peel off your entire face, see the areas that were only peeled off in my face were the areas where I had been picking on and got sores. And now I got new fresh skin back.

hmm yes!... i am interested.. charming what are the steps? the red marks look like they have faded alot

Thanks for noticing they are fading! Im so happy myself. The steps are:

1. Take a bucket of hot hot water, soak your face into it for 60 sekonds each time, I do it 3 times a day. Read about this regimen on this page.

2. After every hot soak, dry off carefully with a towel and apply apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and pat it gently on your skin, I do this after every hot soak.

Thats it!

Here is the topic on how to use the method "Hot water soaking". Check out the link. Yeah, I applied 100% ACV straight after doing the hot water soaking method. Works wonders!

"My skin started to peel off on day 2!"

So, You did 3 times soaking and ACV on the first day? Morning, noon and night (3 times)?

"I started to feel like my skin was beginning to feel like concrete, I did a few ugly faces and massaged up my skin and smiled infront of the mirror and the hard skin started to crack and feel off"

Was your skin too too dry?

"In order to remove the dead skin I soaked myself in hot water again to make the skin soft and I softly rubbed the dead skin off with my fingertips"

That must be so hurt?

Did you apply mosturiser after tour dead skin was off?

Yes exactly.

Was your skin too too dry?

Not at all, notice my skin only peeled off on the areas Ive skin-picked and gotten red sores, I applied ACV to my entire face but none of the other areas like my forhead, T zone got dry, only the cheeks where the redmarks were.

That must be so hurt?

No, why would it hurt? The skin is dead, and when its soaked in water it gets really soft. It felt so good afterwards.

Did you apply mosturiser after tour dead skin was off?

No, I actually kept applying ACV right after. ACV actually dosnt dry out my skin. It hasnt been peeling off since then, seems like it got rid of the worst red sores and now the healing begins.
