one question that i'm sure it's been asked in the previos 600 posts... Is it ok to just get egg whites from a carton?

i suppose a non-comedomegenic/non-acnegenic moizturizer would help. I don't know any brands, however...

it's been a week and the results are:   skin is paler. this is good since i'm dark skinned...   red marks on forehead almost gone. definetly good...   horrbile dark hyperpigmentation on...

i suppose just any sodium bicarbonate (some called it bisodium carbonate, so i don't know..) and ACV should be enough... as for me, i only saw Arm and Hammer stuff and some random apple cider vinegar....

just a quick question, did anybody who use this method (C&C Sa & C&C Bp) get an initial breakout? and how bad was it?

i remeber when jc recommended this because of its good effects and none that are bad. He also said it is good to like, ridiculously smash the garlic for more acillin... I believed him, and i tried it,...
