I've just switched from St. Ives exfoliating scrub to using Dan's cleanser - which does not exfoliate.   And my skin is looking noticably better - even in just the last week.

I wouldn't know. I know sperm is high in protein, which can be helpful to ease wrinkles. I honestly wouldn't know, though. You could try googling some reasearch, though.
