C02 can be either non-ablative or ablative. I would suggest NOT going with an ablative laser first. That is exactly the wrong advise!!!! Do not do non-ablative at all!

Your body has done its job, there is no reason for it to change your scars. Once a wound heals your body is satisfied. It is up to you to try to improve your scars.

I avoided Restore, and I cannot comment on the secondary laser used in Dual. You may find the comments on RealSelf interesting.
