i had the dual back in february and it took a good while for the inflammation to go away but mine was really only located on the one side of my face. the lady that did it went up really high so i am thinking that is why i was red for a while. anyway i called them and they told me to use hydrocortisone cream from the drug store twice a day on it for a week or so and that did help as well as just giving it time to heal. dont use anything harsh at all on your skin and use a good calming moisturizer for now and always wear at least spf30 or higher.
Dual is basically Restore plus a 2nd laser used to treat brown spots etc. Since I consider Restore non-ablative laser to be ineffective, I would hardly believe Dual to be any more effective. The ablative Fraxel called Repair is the way to go. Do your homework. Read my postings, and those of CollegeBoy on the ablative fractionalized laser regimen. Doctors will only recommend what they have on the shelf - never forget that. You must pick your treatment, and only then pick your doctor.

Hello @dudley yah I know that texture isn't issue to anybody else but some and like me are issue because the normal skin are not the same if I'm comparing the treated area between untreated area so its quite an issue for me I stopped one session of fraxel due to heat and radiation because I know in the future laser can cause damages I don't have any acne issue I only have brown spots and red spots in my face and uneven skin tone but unfortunately I was fool by a clinic my face is terrible and can't move on until now still swelling I thought that they ma remove only the red area on my face but they touch my nose chin and jaw that it's clear and smooth but now it's so rough and bumpy die to radiation heat any skin get sensitive and my eyes easily irritated and they didn't put any googles on my eyes too bad still depressed and upset
