Don't use laser. If it's pitted get subcision.

You'll start peeling and two to three days. Apply lots of moisturizer and don't pick at it.

A lot of people have good results with dermarolling/dermastamping. Owndoc is a reputable website and I would give them the benefit of the doubt that this legit.

If it causes a shadow under overhead lighting then it is pitted. You can feel a dent if it's a large pitted scar.
