Dermaroller Vs Electronic Derma Stamp

Any recommendations which is better, in terms of results and risks,Dermaroller or Electrionic Derma Stamp?

One of my local clinics have told me they don't use dermaroller anymore as the electronic way gives better results.

Whats your views?

Any more risks compared to the dermaroller? Haven't heard much about the dermapen but the clinic said it gives better results.
