Tried many different types of omega 3 over the years. Didn't do anything for me but glad it's helping you.

Took it on and off for about 8 months can't remember the dosage I think around 4 or 5grams.

Good luck to those looking for a cure. I hope you find it but I don't think you will. Its been 12 or so years for me now and no cure.

Cysteine did not work for me, neither did biotin or inositol. I've spent thousands on supplements and nothing worked.

Dude stop taking b5 now. It doesnt just mess up your hair it will fuck your body too.

Tried injectable ghk-cu few years ago. Reduced shedding a bit.
