I dont see the point vitamin c is vitamin c. Buffered vit c just helps with stomach problems theres virtually no difference

Yes i shed lots of small thin hairs if i rub my hair before i get in the shower. All of them have a bulb on the end. Ive just purchased cytozyme AD to help my adrenals.

Im not taking essential woman anymore that shit sucks can feel changes in estro already.

Telogen effluvium takes about 6 months to recover from although some never recover. Its been 8 years for me now so i dont think its that.

Never heard of motherwart but vitamin c never did anything for me. What doses were you taking and for how long until your hair stopped shedding?

Tickling in male nipples is not good. Thats estrogen. Brendan have you noticed anything like this? I do like most of the ingredients but it does contain soy which is estrogenic and not great for me...

Finally taken the essential woman plunge. Should be here by the weekend. I went for the liquid version as its a bit cheaper.

I have tried viviscal and flaxseed before with no help. Mikelev changed his name to youngrobot, havent seen him in a while.

The only downside here is that i have tried epo before and it didnt work. Hoping that the epo with the other ingredients makes the diffecrence
