The first ingredient is water, and the second ingredient is Jojoba oil. So is the moisturizer both? (Both water and oil based?)

Shouldn't there be a website or something where we can read about verteporfin's progress, what stage clinical trial it's in, etc.? Lots of drugs have websites that do just that.

It's not super bad, but it is bad, and yeah I do have a dermatologist. I'm taking like 5 different medicines/creams for it.
