If it's that dangerous to your skin then you need better prescriptions or go the full route with accutane if it's really that bad. I agree nobody should have to live with terrible acne 24/7. Supplements are good for immunity and overall health but in order to combat actual bacteria or an immunity deficiency you really need prescriptions. Topicals are okay too sometimes but you have to understand that most topicals cannot penetrate the source of the bacteria or root of the hair/sebum gland and other things. Only orals can do that in bad cases.
Be extremely careful with antibiotics. They should never be used for more than 3 months.
Also, if you haven't tried the regimen it's here for you whenever you need it.
And try eating lower carb as well. That can help calm things from the inside out.
Suffering from acne since 9 years I can say nothing has changed for me. I still freak out always, almost always feel on the edge when I sense pain on my face indicating new acne. The thought of disgust and shame lingers around my mind making me profusely cry to bed the following week. Somehow acne has always controlled my mood and mental health. I feel miserable and hopeless even at 25 each time I break out.
The worst part is I always live with anxiety thinking about where my skin is going to next breakout. Having my wedding in a month and dealing with the worst acne possible.
i still want to believe everything happens for a reason and that reason is always good.
