What type of CO2 laser treatment did you get? Was itreally deep and ablative? Or non-ablative? Or superficial?

If you did ablative c02 type of laser and it has zero effect, I would try to subscise as many times as needed to untether the larger areas, try to grow the depth, then perhaps choose a treatment like very ablative dermabrasion, even phenol peel maybe.

But I mean just observing that you really don't want to do a top layer resurfacing until you address the deeper issues. I mean, you really do have to seek an expert out because anyone who needs several more ablative procedures really needs experience.

Anyone else have thoughts?

Those don't look like rolling scars to me so I don't think subcision would help much.

Might have to do a combination of things. Personally I'd suggest a Dermabrasion because it worked well for me and could blend the edges well, but I'm not sure if he should do excision or subscision on any beforehad. Won't cure any fat loss. Dermabrasion just blends.

I'll try subscision next time to see if it works for me, if it doesn't help my dermatologist recommendedCROSS, guess I'll have to try until I discover what works for me

Make sure you go to an experienced doctor for subcision. The doctor needs to do a good job subcizing the entire scar and in the superficial layer of the dermis i.e. higher up in the dermis.I'd also check out doing suction after your subcision, starting around 48 hours after.
