Gonna say maybe some subcision/filler for the depressions but I would consider a resurfacing from a very skilled dermabrasion that goes deep enough. Also with anything it might be wise to test some areas first. I'm not a very big believer in laser for scars like yours unless it's combined with like 3 other things by an expert. But for me I would say subcise the depressions/filler see if that helps before or after maybe a moderately aggressive dermabrasion (where they put you under and go deep enough not some light bull garbage). That's my suggestion. Just again test and/or find an expert. Dermabrasion (aggressive seems like a lost art or doctors are hesitant to go aggressive enough due to risks).

Why don't you believe in laser? The research we have shows it works best. I like laser because the depth is controlled by a machine and not by a human hand. As long as you do ablative laser, you're ablating the skin just like with dermabrasion.

My thought would be maybe a TCA or two followed by laser for this type of scarring. Subcision is always a kinda good idea too, but it doesn't produce very good results usually, so yeah, needs to be combined with other stuff.

Mainly because the cases I've seen responded poorly or too minimally with laser, with too many side effects possible. It's a hyped procedure(s) in my opinion that produces too little improvement to justify the risks. That's not to say several haven't seen improvement, I just don't feel like it's a reliable thing for moderate scarring.
