Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows any US derm who can perform freehand lasering to get underneath the acne scars, I remember watching a video from davin lim about chasing scars and getting rid of edges using ablative lasers.

I've done two laser treatments over the past few years but it seems like the doctor just passed over the skin evenly without addressing the edges and shapes of those scars, the lasers did not result in significant improvements from what I can tell. Using common sense I would think lasering by eye to remove more of the raised portion to match the depressed portion would result in the best improvement but I don't really see derms perform something like this. Most of my scarring is on the same plane as you can see in my post history.
