I need some advice on my acne scars

Background: Asian, M, 30, had acne for many years.

For acne scars, I've tried Morpheus8 for 5 sessions but didn't see much improvement afterward.

I need advice on my acne scars. I don't expect them to fully recover, but any improvement would be appreciated. I also need recommendations for dermatologists.

If you tried it 5 times and it's not doing anything, yeah, seems like time to move on.

I've heard of people with your type of scarring getting better results with deep peels (like a phenol peel), but the downtime is for sure longer and the side effects are more severe. But it's something you can research and look into. Check out a ton of before and afters I would say. Look around at various scar treatments, like deep phenol peel, and perhaps also ablative laser (non-fractional) and see if you can find people with similar scarring to you who have gotten good results. But just from my somewhat limited book research (I have limited real life experience with scar repair but lots of book knowledge), your scars look like the type that a deep phenol peel can sometimes help.

I would recommend invasive fractional laser for at least 3 times (I have done like 10 lasers), see if any improvement. You should expect some scars getting "flattened" out, then try bellafill (I have done 10 injections) to "augment" the scars. Use the microcurrent beauty device in btw all your treatments as they can help with promoting collagen growth.
