These days I'm using a vitamin c serum with a face wash. How do I get rid of this scars.

Topical products do not get rid of scars. You can improve the appearance of your skin by about 20% using retinoids (like tretinoin) but it's temporary. Actually improving scars requires a scar treatment, which you can learn about here. Scars are the result of permanent collagen loss, and no topical treatment is powerful enough to restore that missing collagen.
For yours in particular, I wonder if TCA CROSS might be helpful, perhaps followed by fractional laser + PRP. At any rate, you'd need to talk to a really good, qualified scar specialist doctor and see what's right for you.
