I don't know personally. Nose is extremely delicate almost no fat like temple. Also if those are bumps/scars or what not, they may suggest some steroid but I would never do that. I would start by getting a few opinions and doing research on good surgeons. Depending on what they say/suggest then come back on the board and ask "do you think this is viable" which would probably be the chronology I'd try.

I mean they may suggest something like a laser or a revision and it may help but those are the only two things I can think of and both come with risks obviously.

I would NOT do any TCA Cross if recommended that would be way worse imo.
