Pros:

Worked wells at clearing up the face

Cons:

hasn't completely gotten rid all of the acne

It improved my very bad acne to just moderate, but it seems to just be maintaining that level and not getting any better.

Pros:

It keeps me from breaking out and rids my skin of any new pimples pretty easily.

Cons:

I still experience breakouts on my shoulders when I get too much sun.

I would definitely recommend this medication if you have acne...but protect yourself in the sun!

Pros:

dries fast

Cons:

makes skin dry and tight, stings

Pros:

easy to apply....have been using now for about 2 weeks, working well....has smoothed out my skin as well as evening out overrall color...

Cons:

no cons, so far, so good

Pros:

Doesn't dry out the face, works reasonably well.

Cons:

leaves an "oily sheen" to face(tackyness, as others have observed), takes a while to work, can promote redness.

I've used this for over a year now. It's helped alot with not drying my face out which seemed to lead to huge breakouts, but has never cleared my skin completely. Also the effectiveness seems to have decreased over the past few months. Despite not being 100% effective, my face isn't as bad as it used to be and while I wouldn't swear by it I'm not throwing it out in a hurry. I say try it for two months minimum before coming to your own conclusion as it takes roughly a month before it takes full effect.

Pros:

made my acne reduce in size in the first day

Cons:

-strong smell
-had an allergic reaction to it and had a rash
-made complexion look worse (skin peeling)

i have been using this product for less then a week and i can say in my personal experience it doesnt work well with sensitive skin and i had a horrible rash on my face that took 2 weeks to get rid of. so in the long run i wouldn't recommend it to everyone...

Cons:

The zits i already had on my face are pussing and painful now, and i broke out in small Itchy transparent bumps all over my body, i only used it on my face.

Expensive and didn't work at all.

Pros:

Amazing as base ingedient in super compound! Ask your doctor to look up this compound and prescribe along with 100mg MINOMYCIN.

Cons:

Expensive!!! I pay $40 per 60g compound! I hate paying so much money for it, but nothing else is as effective as this preparation.

It's also hella itchy and the oral minomycin may stop working after prolonged use...

CLINDAMYCIN 1% AZEL 4% KOJIC ACID 1% BENZAC 5%... Apply all over face twice daily! Dries out existing pimples and prevents new ones when used along with the oral anti-biotic. Results as soon as 3 days. Skin will be super sensitive to sunlight so you may want to avoid unnecessary sunlight exposure and shield your face. Use vaseline on lips as anti-biotic dries out lips too! Apply Bio Oil and then moisturize to lock in hydration!

Pros:

Well as the other person said i have started to use this product since 06 its marvoulus it really us uhmm i got it today 1-27-09 and its been working great so far my acne is going to be under control. Remeber every thing takes time.

Cons:

Uhm.. depending of the kind of skin type because not every one has the same skin, really it depends on what skin you have so the product can work uhmm you will start feeling some itching but you will get use to it.

The bottom line is that its a geat product it is worth for dont waste your time trying to buy or get products that are not your type your just waste thing your moner and time come soon and get Evoclin hope it works . When you start using it people can actually see the difference and say wow what product are you using and youll feel proud of your self.

didn't work

I hate topicals that stay on your skin. It feels nasty, especially if you have oily skin like me. Anyway, this stuff didn't work for me as prescribed by my doctor. It worked maybe a tiny bit at first, but quit working after a week or so and did nothing but make my skin feel nasty.
