Agree, this is BS!!
This is not a review on the product, but on the billing system. Make sure you keep tract of when you receive your products and when you pay for each of them. They will come back 9, 10 months later and bill you again or request payment on shipments you never received. No way to prove you didn't receive a shipment they are saying you owe for that far back. I made several phone calls trying to clear this up and they do not budge. And if not paid (for shipments you never received) they will send you to collections. Will never use them again or recommend them ever

Pros:

clears skin after 2-4 weeks

Cons:

redness and flaky skin

i used Panoxyl 5% bar soap, Eskinol cleanser (cucumber) and Panoxyl 10 % gel. I washed my face twice a day with Panoxyl bar soap and Eskinol for cleansing/toning my face. I used the Panoxyl at night after cleansing my face. If u are uncomfortable with Panoxyl 10% gel u may use the Panoxyl cream 4%.

This is BS!
Ok, to start this off, this is not a review on the product itself, but a review on the online ordering for their xout product and the hassal I have gone through for the past 4 months. I ordered 2 bottles of xout for my daughter's in September 2016. The product was on sale for $10 per bottle which was great! So I placed my order, paid IN FULL and was done. Easy peezy! So I was shocked to see not even a month later my bank account was charged almost $50. So I called and was told that I was signed up for a recurring monthly order that I myself did not sign up for! I just wanted the 2 bottles I ordered. They informed me that more products had already been shipped but that since I did not want to receive monthly packages, they would cancel the order, cancel the monthly products and refund my money and I would owe them nothing as long as I sent the product back when it arrived, which I gladly did and my account was refunded. So all is well and everyone is happy right? Nope! Now I am receiving a bill for $17 and some change for my original order back in September for shipping and handling! I was just told in October that I did not owe them any money and everything was good to go. This is insane! I paid for that product and the shipping and handling in full at the time of purchase. I am extremely unhappy with this company and how every time I turn around I'm either being signed up for something without my knowledge or I am being charged for services that I already paid for. I will never order online from this company again and I would suggest to others to be very careful while ordering and to be prepared to be on the phone a lot trying to figure it all out.

Ok, your buying a system which is not made aware at the online purchase, very shady. After the initial purchase is received you will be billed three more times in one month increments. I caught this on my statement on the second billing. When I called the friendly Indian dialect person that was, talking so fast as to sway me from what was going on, I caught the word august? By the way this started in january. Mind you she is reading her speak very fast! And reveals that she is so sorry that LM not happy and she will put my account on hold till August with some other random vocabulary nothing to do with what is really happening. I had to emphasize and make very clear I wanted to cancel. That's not what there plan is. Karma, here I come!!

Pros:

NONE

Cons:

TOO MUCH TO MENTION

YOU PEOPLE ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!! IF ONLY I HAD CHECKED THIS WEBSITE FIRST I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT PROACTIVE. MY SISTER-IN-LAW JUST TOLD ME ABOUT IT. I WILL SHARE WITH MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO THEY WILL NOT FALL INTO A SCAM. I WAS JUST SCAMMED A THIRD TIME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NO GOOD AND I DID NOT PURCHASE. $100.00 JUST GONE DOWN THE DRAIN.

Pros:

absolutely NONE.

Cons:

I had an horrible experience! I have been struggling with acne since I was 11 years old and I finally thought I had a solution and boy was I wrong! It dried out my skin because its sensitive, and was not convient, fast or easy to use.

Do not buy!!!! I now use Epiduo (in addition to birth control that controls hormones) and it has given me my confidence back. I have heard many many other horror stories that are similar to mine. My mom tried to convince me for 3 years that it would get better and it never did, and then I went to several doctors. If your acne is as bad as mine, dont use. It actually worked for a period of time for my mom but she has mild acne and after a longer use, her body had become immune to it.

Pros:

this stuff actually succeeded where many more expensive products failed! It cleared up my severe acne and keeps it clear. It doesn't dry my skin out like P brand did and my skin has a kind of glow to it now. The price is soooo reasonable too!

Cons:

You may not see results instantly but persist and you will be so happy you did. It took my skin approx 3 weeks to adjust and then wow what wonderful results.

I have been telling all my friends about Carlys clear and smooth and am finding this works for them as well when nothing else would. They also send natural soap and samples of other products with the orders. The soap is wonderful for shaving legs and for washing hair! Recently I tried a sample of their new cream for scars and I saw incredible differences overnight. Not only is my acne gone now but my scars too. I never thought I would see the day I didn't have to wear any makeup! THANK YOU CARLYS!!

-Tasteless tablets
-Cheap (around $10=1 month supply)
-Worked for me when nothing else would!!

Cons:

Except for the fact that I'm allergic to BP so I dont use the cream...seems like a waste.

This is a great product for ppl who have mild to severe acne that is caused by food allergies. Ive had severe acne since I was TEN! So my derm told me it was probably something I was eating. But I was on proactiv, murad, and every single product avail over the counter and even got an ok from my derm to start acutane. This stuff worked wonders for me. I don't even have to take it everyday now, just a couple times a week really works. For such a great price it's worth a shot! Especially if you suspect that your acne has something to do with what youre eating.

Pros:

It has cleared up my cystic acne. For me it actually absorbs into my skin fairly quickly and it does not ball up or get clumpy under moisturizer. I use the large pump bottle, so it is also easy to know exactly how much product to use (2 pumps worth). I live in Canada, so the shipping was also quite quick, and I just used the regular mail shipping option.

Cons:

It is very drying, so find a good moisturizer. In the beginning your skin may get worse before it gets better - but don't give up! It will also 'bleech' your towels and clothes it you are not careful. If I got some of the product too close to my eyes, they would get a little irritated and get a little watery.

I have fairly severe cystic acne, mostly on my chin. I have had some success with similar products before (proactiv, other BP creams etc.) but nothing has worked as good as this. I believe it's because of the amount of the product that you need to use and giving the product time to work. In the beginning, my skin actually got a lot worse then normal. I'm on my third month now and have had clear skin (ie. no new blemishes, big or small) for a few weeks. This was unheard of for me before. I used to get a new pimple every day or two, and they were usually large inflamed cysts. I'm really thankful for all the hard work in getting the product made, and for everyone's reviews. For anyone wondering if they should try it - the answer is yes!

Finding a Doctor

The right dermatologist can make a big difference to your patient experience and the success of your acne treatment plan. Here are the steps to find a dermatologist who is a good fit:

  1. Use the search feature on the American Academy of Dermatology website to look for board-certified dermatologists in your area, and filter the search results for doctors with a special interest in treating acne.
  2. Read online patient reviews of any dermatologists you are considering and ask people you know whether they have any experience with these dermatologists.
  3. Do your research and go to your first appointment with questions prepared.
  4. Listen to what your gut feeling tells you once you see a dermatologist in person. If you are not completely comfortable, try a different dermatologist.

Finding a Doctor

Only a select few plastic surgeons specialize in acne scar revision surgery. Be certain to find a provider who specializes in acne scar repair and who is passionate and experienced in this area.

Be sure to:

  • Look at before and after photos, the more the better, especially patients with similar scarring to your own.
  • Be realistic about results. Look for improvement, not a cure.

Questions to ask a potential scar revision specialist:

  • Are you board certified? Be certain that they are board certified.
  • How long have you been performing these procedures? Normally, the more experience the better, however, some younger surgeons may be more on top of the latest procedures.
  • Can I speak to some of your other patients? Ask for references for several patients who had similar scarring and speak to them about the process and their satisfaction with results.

Red flags:

  • Their story changes: As you discuss different treatment options, if they tend to change their mind easily, or agree with whatever you say, consider this a red flag. A confident, experienced surgeon will possess strong, unwavering opinions.
  • Your gut tells you "no": Trust your gut. If you just don't feel that the doctor is the right fit, trust that and move on. On the other hand, if you feel they are the perfect specialist for you, trust that feeling.
