Thought it is a miracle BUT...
After differingel made my mild acne moderate, a friend recommended me Benzac. I was so broken at this time because my acne got so much worse because of Differin, so I tried Benzac. IT CLEARED THE ACNE IN 1WEEK!! After 2 days I did not get a single spot anymore. I thought I found a Miracle cure. BUT: After maybe 3 months I got spots again, it is not as bad as it was before, but it does not work as good as at the beginning and I have to search for other cures. It is just the face thats breaking out again, my back and my chest remain clear. My skin is flaking but it does not bother me because I can combat it with moisturizer and I dont use make up, oh and the first 3 weeks my skin was red, but thats normal. It is worth a try!

Red itchy bumps
So I bought the acnecide gel on 13/04/17 and to be fair I don't really suffer from acne but this year I've been getting a lot of spots but not a lot at once however it still did frustrate me! Anyways I decided to give acnecide a go after reading all the reviews and it worked so good! That one spot on my forehead was slowly disappearing. I would apply a thin layer once a day just before I went to bed. Although I did apply it on the areas that I was prone to get spots. My skin looked amazing I was getting so happy. On the 10th day (16/04/17) I woke up with two massive bumps on my forehead and a lot of spots on my cheeks. I basically got a reaction on the areas I had applied the cream. The spots and bumps were red and really itchy and honestly made me feel so down. The two bumps on my forehead were so bizarre. The texture of it was more or less scaly if I had to be honest. Today it's 20/10/17 my face is a lot more better. My two bumps on my forehead have gone with a slight redness which will take probably another day or two to heal. My left cheek has slight redness too but my right cheek has no redness whatsoever which means my right cheek is back to normal. However I have gotten a lot of tiny spots around my face which are not quite as visible but I'm hoping that they'll go away soon. Hope my review helps a lot of you guys! Btw I am a 22 year old, Sri Lankan.

Amazing spot corrector and wash but need a good moisturizer!!
I'm writing this review for both the spot corrector and the wash. This stuff is seriously the best acne product I have ever tried. I am 24 and have struggled with bad skin since I was about 12. After puberty my skin got better for the most part but I would still break out pretty bad when I got my period and I always have at least 5 pimples on my face at a time. One day my husband and I were at the grocery store and he reminded me I needed face wash since I've been complaining I ran out a couple days ago. I looked and saw these products that I've never seen before I thought why not it says it kills acne F it. So I bought this spot corrector and the wash and omg I'm so glad I did. This stuff is amazing it cleared up my face in a week and I've been pimple free for another week. This is the best product I have ever used! Now. The down side. Yes. These products especially combined with dry out your skin. But! This is a super easy fix. You just have to make sure you have a really good moisturizer to go with it. I'm not talking about a light one but one that really locks in the moisture. I use the BELIEF- moisturizing bomb you can get it from Sephora or Amazon and this stuff literally is a moisturizing bomb haha i put it on in the morning after I wash my face and it corrects any dry spots almost immeditly. Again this is a wonderful product and to all the other people that left a bad review because it dried their skin out simply didn't have a good moisturizer.

Doesn't work for people with real acne
First off, let's say that my acne is bad and has been bad for as long as I can remember. I have pictures of myself as a 10 year old with spots all over my face. I wasn't really aware how bad it was until I was 14 or so and I looked around at everyone else my age and saw most others with a clear face. I began to get extremely self-conscious but was embarrassed to talk to my parents about it. I did what I could on my own, tried a lot of drug store products without knowing much. Finally my mom brought up my skin and we went shopping together. She thought I should try Nuetrogena because it has a good reputation for being a good skin product. She got me this and there was no change. My skin would get a little dry when I used it but no matter how often I used it. My mom was very insistent that I continue using it but after around 6 months, my skin actually became worse and I began to develop cystic acne. It was at that point that my mom agreed that the product I had been using was not working at all. I went to the dermatologist and they gave me a prescription for specifically the cystic acne. It didn't address the other acne types. That became obvious when the cystic acne got minority better but the other stuff got worse. Plus I really didn't like taking prescription stuff with gross side effects. Anyway, long story short, nothing worked. My acne never got better and I guess in retrospect I got into myself. My parents were always on me. Asking me what was wrong etc. I tried to say it was nothing but when I got down to brass tacks, I knew it was my skin. I got to researching and found out about Ninja. I has not heard of it but looked it uo and really encourage you all to do the same. The reviews were like unreal and I definitely didn't believe them. But I was super curious, gave them a call and just I guess gave them a shot. I mean at the end of the day nothing else worked so why not them. but they are awesome people there and it worked. and my skin its clear. super clear. More clear than anything else has done, creams, prescriptions etc. I don't think that drug store stuff, or stuff you can buy in the super market is going to be anything to will help you. I think the saying of you get what you pay for is true. You get cheap stuff and you won't get good results. My mom taught me that and I never believed her but now I know its true.

Nov-18-2016 So I have been using this for a week now. It has so far worked for me. My acne is healing a lot faster. I bought the treatment and the day moisturizer. The moisturizer is hands down the best one I have ever used. Doesn't get you too oily or gets you dry. So when I first used Carley's my face did feel tight for a couple of days but I read reviews that it was normal. It did get better tho so I wouldn't worry about it. Use this product word for word how it tells you. No joke son. Anyways prior to this I was using the regimen. Worked well but it never got rid of my acne. So I decided to give this a shot. Also the spot treatment they have works pretty good. I've been using that at night than the midnight moisturizer. When you order from Carley's they give you small samples of what they have 😎 Plus they're willing to do refunds no matter what so you got nothing to lose if it doesn't work out for you. Their soap is also pretty good it does dry me out but the day moisturizer comes through so 😁 No flakiness. *Update* 12-20-16 So it's been a month since I started using Carley's. Sh*t has worked pretty well for me. I ifhly recommend it. Their tea tree spot treatment is pretty f**kin good, better than their tamanu cream. Their day and midnight moisturizer do the job as well. My skin isn't oily or flaky anymore. I still have a couple of white heads and a just a few pimples hardly noticeable before I'm practically clean😎😏 anyways hope this helps. I would also use their tea tree cleanser just becuz the tea tree spot treatment is so damn good. I haven't used it myself but I do have a sample of it will be using that in a couple of weeks. Also When I had a huge breakout on my chin and throughout my jawline I was eating eggs everyday didn't think that was the problem until I stopped. I looked it up if eggs would cause you to break out but apparently it said it wouldn't but it'll make your acne worse ðŸ¤" So hopefully y'all who eat eggs and still got acne this helps.

So update like I posted before Carley's did help but something triggered my acne again and I broke out, I got more whiteheads through out my jawline and I started to breakout on my forehead which I never did before. My acne on my chin and my jawline got worse. Carley's was just able to sustain it not make it better so I started using organic aloe Vera gel(came in a bottle) I used it after I showered and in the morning, after each time I washed my face. It did help the inflammation go down and with some scarring. It did dry out my skin but I just used the midnight moisturizer. Also I recommend the midnight moisturizer than the day moisturizer from Carley's after using it more, the midnight moisturizer felt a lot better. Now I use it day and night. Anyways after that I started reading about apple cider vinegar. It has helped so much. I posted a another review about it in that page. So feel free to read it. I would try and use acv first before you invest into Carley's since it is so much cheaper.

Works Well!!!!!
This stuff works well! I used to use this stuff when I was a wee ol bean, before my acne got horrible, and it would shrink the pimple overnight. I used it as a spot treamtment, and it didnt dry my face out, which was great as well. If you are looking ito this stuff, I would reccomend getting the walmart vesion. Works just as well and it 2 bucks. You cant beat it!!

Finding a Doctor

The right dermatologist can make a big difference to your patient experience and the success of your acne treatment plan. Here are the steps to find a dermatologist who is a good fit:

  1. Use the search feature on the American Academy of Dermatology website to look for board-certified dermatologists in your area, and filter the search results for doctors with a special interest in treating acne.
  2. Read online patient reviews of any dermatologists you are considering and ask people you know whether they have any experience with these dermatologists.
  3. Do your research and go to your first appointment with questions prepared.
  4. Listen to what your gut feeling tells you once you see a dermatologist in person. If you are not completely comfortable, try a different dermatologist.

Finding a Doctor

Only a select few plastic surgeons specialize in acne scar revision surgery. Be certain to find a provider who specializes in acne scar repair and who is passionate and experienced in this area.

Be sure to:

  • Look at before and after photos, the more the better, especially patients with similar scarring to your own.
  • Be realistic about results. Look for improvement, not a cure.

Questions to ask a potential scar revision specialist:

  • Are you board certified? Be certain that they are board certified.
  • How long have you been performing these procedures? Normally, the more experience the better, however, some younger surgeons may be more on top of the latest procedures.
  • Can I speak to some of your other patients? Ask for references for several patients who had similar scarring and speak to them about the process and their satisfaction with results.

Red flags:

  • Their story changes: As you discuss different treatment options, if they tend to change their mind easily, or agree with whatever you say, consider this a red flag. A confident, experienced surgeon will possess strong, unwavering opinions.
  • Your gut tells you "no": Trust your gut. If you just don't feel that the doctor is the right fit, trust that and move on. On the other hand, if you feel they are the perfect specialist for you, trust that feeling.
