Pros:

Softer skin, less oily skin, little to no acne, beginning to fade acne scars

Cons:

The bottle is messy. But psh if it works who really cares too much to complain and stop using it?

I've used so many acne medications and washes on my face that for the most part, I think it just made it worse and more potent (that and having to cover it up with makeup because you have no choice at a certain point). I thought oil was bad for my skin so whenever my face felt the least bit I'd be in a terrible mood and wash. OIL IS GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN. Jojoba oil has made a huge difference in not only the appearance of my skin but my acne problem as well. Even when I feel like I'm sweating or my face feels oily, it doesn't really look it. It really does balance oil production on your face. I mix about 3 or 4 drops with my moisturizer and it looks perfectly fine under my bare essentials makeup. I'm pretty sure it's fixing my acne scars as well. Please, try it. Most of these reviews are positive so why not give it a shot?

Pros:

soothes flakey skin.

Cons:

no changes for me

I'm not sure about jojoba oil. i dont feel like it did anything for my skin. no changes. i'm still breaking out and i can't tell if jojoba is contributing to it, but i just know it isn't making much of a difference. I have oily skin, cystic acne concentrated on cheeks, forehead, and especially bad around jawline. i think an internal cure works best for me.

Pros:

Fools your face into thinking it has already produced enough sebum. Great trick!

Cons:

None so far. For people with acne, it feels weird to put oil on an already oily face.

I have had acne for 14 years. I am now in my 30s and still waiting to "grow out of it". Wow am I sick of hearing THAT will happen. WELL, I wash with Proactiv Solution (I've used it for years and it's doing an "okay" job), and just recently started to add a few drops of Jojoba oil to my oil-free moisturizer. PRESTO CHANGO--the zits are gone. I'm shocked shocked shocked. I have only been doing this for a week, so I hope this isn't something my face will just get used to and go back to being its old acne-ridden self. But after one week, I have no new bumps and no new blackheads. My skin is really smooth. If you've tried everything else (and I have--incuding 4 courses of Accutane), why not give this a shot? I will update this posting if the long-term affects are not as positive as the short-term affects I have experienced. Good luck!

Works!
I started using jojoba oil mixed with argan oil after months of continuous breakouts. For the first two weeks, it didn't seem to be doing anything to my skin. In fact, from the looks of it, I thought it was making my skin worse! But after the initial purging phase, my skin drastically cleared up and has been clear ever since. Just make sure you get organic and 100% pure so you aren't putting any other ingredients on your face.

How long was the initial purging phrase?

Not good for acne prone skin
As an adult I rarely have any acneanymore. I started adding a couple drops of jojoba oil to my moisturizers, I even tried using it plain, and I mixed it with aloe vera gel to see if that would work. Regardless of what I tried I constantly was breaking out. I used it for two months to give it a thorough try. As soon as I stopped using it my acne cleared up. I've researched it some more and there are better oils to use, like hemp oil. Look up the comodegenic rating of an oil before you start putting it on your face. [link edited out] removed]

Try this regimen
try mixing your jojoba oil. Do one ounce of jojoba oil 3 drops of lavender oil 3 drops of tea tree oil and 3 drops of lemon oil if you also have frankincense oil l, which is excellent for wrinkles 3 drops of this (essential oils) into a container shake it up rub it on your face at night do it once a day after you wash your face.

Pros:

Great Makeup Remover
Organic
Non-comedogenic
Lasts a long time
Cheap considering other places

Cons:

Pricy compared to other products for similar uses

I love love love jojoba oil. It is the best makeup remover that I have found. I've tried any and every other drug store makeup remover, and even when others work well, my eyes always burn when using them. Not so with jojoba oil. They remove waterproof eye makeup so well, without burning or stinging them. Plus, the way I use it, it lasts me a long long time. Honestly, I am so in love with all Dan Kern products. Not surprised that I would love this one too. And compared to other places that sell certified organic jojoba oil, this site can't be beat for the quality and amount. :)

Pros:

all natural, cheap, moisturizes, evens skin tone, controls breakouts

Cons:

makes my bangs greasy if I don't tie back hair when applying

feels great, works great! great for removing make up. I massage into my face after a shower and after a few minutes wipe off any residue. leaves skin feeling soft, supple, fresh...ready for make up or au natural. i have an olive skin tone and like to keep my skin care regimen simple and natural. i've used cetaphil (massage and wipe off) for years and not much else but sun block. jojoba seems to clear up small bumps and didn't cause breakouts. leaves skin feeling soft, skin tone looks more even, and no need for additional moisturizer. dig it!

Pros:

-Does not clog my pores
-Fights flakiness
-All-day moisturizing
-Smoothing

Cons:

-Smells funky
-expensive

I purchased jojoba oil because claims said it is so similar to the sebum(oil) naturally produced by your own skin that with continued use it can trick your skin into producing less pore-clogging oil. I had a brief purge effect (experienced a few pimples) two weeks into using it but have been extremely pleased so far. It is the best defense/cure for flakiness I experience after using harsh benzoyl peroxide. I believe it has had a regulatory effect on my oil glands and it leaves my skin very supply and glowing.

Pros:

Mousturises skin beautifully
Soothes irritated skin
A little goes a long way
Smells pleasant

Cons:

None.

I have been using this product for almost 4 months since I started taking Accutane. It has moisturised my skin so well despite the dryness caused by Accutane. I only use a small squirt (about 5 drops) and this is enough for my whole face and neck.I use it after simply washing my face with Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser and then applying pure aloe vera all over my face. This stuff may seem expensive, but when compared to commercial moisturisers, it is far cheaper because you use such a small amount each time and it lasts seemingly forever. It hasn't done anything for my acne scars, but it does calm redness and soothes irritated skin caused by acne. I think it smells nice and it easy to apply/use and it doesn't clog pores! Non-comedogenic products are the way to go. It is also a great carrier oil when you'[re using essential oils on your face.
