Pros:

Helped redness
Didn't dry
Calmed acne a little
Worked ok on back acne

Cons:

Didn't clear pimples
Messy
Caused some breakouts

I used this product for a few months each night, and I didn't see any progress as far as clear skin. Maybe it was just my skin type, I'm a bit surprised, since my dermatologist prescribed it to me.

Pros:

It has not dried out my skin whatsoever

Cons:

my acne has progressed, if not much worse than before.

My dermatologist insists that it works and takes up to a month to see results, but my acne is so much worse than before, that I have trouble going out during the day. My acne has gotten so bad, that I feel the need to cake on my makeup, even during school (i go to an all girls school). It has yet to work and at this rate, I really don't think it will. Oh well. At least it was cheap.

Pros:

with insurance it is very affordable

Cons:

it gets worse a lot at the beginning

i am still unsure of ziana. i nearly used it for three weeks, but my face got worse. it is so bad i don't even want to talk to people. my cheek became very red, and there was a breakout on my forehead. worth mentioning though, was that my skin did get better in the end of the second week but suddenly very worse after a few days. so far, my skin had been worse than before i used ziana. i regretted a little bit that i started to use it, but i hope that things would really get better in a month (which is so long!). no other acne products had cured my acne problem in three years. also, a peasized amount is not enough to spread across the whole face.

Pros:

It's doing something. Sticking with the treatment to see if it will pay off in the end.

Cons:

The morning after my first night of use, my face erupted with acne.
Two weeks into applying, I still have harsh acne.

Before I started using this product, my skin wasn't as bad as it is today. But I'm only two weeks into this trial and my acne is responding. I hope in the long run it's for the better. Applying faithfully to the instructions that i was given and keeping in mind that I was told my skin would get a lot worse before it gets any better. So far my dermatologist was right. Do I Recommend: It's absolutely worth the try.

Pros:

Smooths and clears skin significantly. A little goes a long way.

Cons:

Price. Need to use every other day (or week) or skin will become excessively oily (esp. my nose).

Great for giving you an overall fresh, clear complexion. However, it doesn't work well for me if used day in, day out. Smooths skin nicely, but if used daily on oil-prone areas I tend to break out differently than not using at all (usually huge, gross pustules). Clindamycin has always not really worked for me (don't think for anyone, actually). I would be content with just Retin-A gel but I spent $70 on this and it just seems to last and last.

Pros:

Helps my acne heal faster. If I have a pimple starting, Ziana helps it heal faster and the pimples almost never come to a head. Didnt really irritate my skin. HUGE BOTTLE!! Its been 3 months and i'm not even half way through it yet.! Awsome plus.

Cons:

Took me about 6 weeks to see results. Kina expensive if you dont have good insurance.

I only had mild to moderate acne and it worked okay for me. Not a miracle worker but might wanna give it a try.
