Pros:

Well marketed product. May work for others. The mask worked pretty well. A full system was included. It's a skin kit

Cons:

Not a product that works in the long run. Endorsed by celebrities that don't use the product (Jessica Simpson was on accutane, not proactiv). Expensive.

It could work for you, But even if it does, you're better off buying something that's twice as effective and even cheaper than this stuff. Don't let the commercials and endorsements fool you!

Pros:

Clears up face
Works Fast

Cons:

HARSH
Only works for a bit
Expensive
Burns

I started using Proactive a couple months ago, and it was terrible. At first, it was okay, but I kept using it and it chemically burned my face. One day, it got so bad I had to be taken home from school. Your skin also becomes addicted to it, and after quitting using it, my skin broke out alot. I am now using the Aveeno clear complexion line, and it is way more gentle. Do not waste your money or time on Proactiv

Pros:

cleared up cystic acne after just a few treatments

Cons:

swollen eyes
red burning, itchy, peeling skin
lines in my face were exaggerated
painful to smile, my face felt like it was on fire and would crack if I smiled
scared to quit the system because I have been warned that my acne will get worse!

Proactiv does clear the skin of acne but the side effects are brutal and I do not have sensitive facial skin

Pros:

It may work for some people but not for me.

Cons:

Everything about this product stinks.
It has fragrance
Irritating
Strips your skin/ages it fast/damages and ruins skin
Swelling
Itchiness
Redness
Peeling
Low self confidence
Cant cover up makup good without it looking cakey

Proactive was harsh from the start. i used it for about 4 months. The fragrance irritated my skin. It made my eyes swell up even though i put it no where near my eyes. It made my face extremely itchy and red and it is very drying. Over all it is a horrible product that will age your skin fast and strip it from everything it needs like moisture, natural oils, protective barrier, etc. I would never use the proactive regimen again. I do like the refining mask though.

Pros:

Easy to order
Easy directions

Cons:

BURN MY SKIN BAD
Very Dry

I was seeing results, but when I used it I would get super red and my skin would burn really bad. The redness would last half of my day. I dont recommend it at all.

Pros:

along with all the "free" things i was getting every other month being a proactive member my skin would look decent. the masks and exfoliating cream worked good but those weren't really for treating my acne.

Cons:

made breakouts worse, dried out my skin and even made it more oily some days. my breakouts and acne deferentially got worse after using proactive. the only reason i continued to use it was because it was conveniently shipped to me every month and when i would stop using it for ONE day i would get five extra big pimples.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! DO NOT USE PROACTIVE IF YOU GET MORE THAN ONE ZIT LIKE THE STARS IN THE INFOMERCIALS

It does work a little at first, but not much improvement. After I stopped using it my face got really oily and acne got worse.
