Total Ripoff
ordered it from [link removed] made bloody damn sure I choose the Single Shipment: $29.95 30-Day Supply option. They automatically enroll you in the monthly automatically charge your credit card and ship you monthly... I called and told them I am not stupid, I made sure I was I was ordering the one time, I even kept the screen captures from my order.. they deny it and said even though I picked the Single Shipment: $29.95 30-Day Supply option, on the side of the screen it said I would be shipped a new supply every 30 days and it was my fault that I didn't check it, even though I have screen captures. They already charged my credit card and will not refund my money until I send box back, which was left on my doorstep. What a ripoff, even though when I signed up and ordered it the first time, they have my email address, they never contacted me about the second shipment or when they were charging my credit card. Here is the thing, if they had contacted me maybe I would checked with my daughter and see if she wanted it and decided if we wanted to order, but the lying and deception is what really gets under my skin.

This is UNFORGIVABLE, people (often teens, with little money - and already with a huge burden of being afflicted with acne) should not be tricked into this, and ripped off by an organisation who suggest they are trying to help. SHAME ON YOU PROACTIVE - and if the website ripping people off is not you, You need to withdraw your product... Why was the website name redacted? People need warning of these bandits!

Unauthorized billing
Proactiv signed me up for a renewal subscription without my consent. I ordered the smallest bottles of cleanser, and soon after received, and was billed for, the largest bottles. In contacting customer service they responded that the renewal subscription was listed in section 8 in the terms and conditions. You cannot place the order without agreeing to the terms and conditions. They also have not responded to my inquiry of getting a refund - of which I would need to pay S&H, so even if I return the product I am still losing a good amount of money in S&H both ways.

Sucks..
I used this when a lovely relative noticed I had acne and decided that it would make a great christmas gift... They are obviously a lovely person. So, I tried it anyway, it is terrible. It just dried out my skin, made my face more inflamed, and basically bleached everything. I mean, I didn't pay this much to bleach my face.

Cancelling Membership
You cannot cancel the membership online. They send products and charge your credit card without prior notice they are doing so. Yes, I am aware they state they will send the items every 8 weeks but Exposed Acne send an email a week before the item is due to be dispatched and the customer has the opportunity to cancel the shipment if they still have lots of the product remaining. I have had a membership with them for 2 years but thought I would try Proactiv. I found the photo on this website: [link removed] laughable as this was so relevant to how pathetic the ordering system is with ProActiv. Would never recommend this company to anyone. DONT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD DEBITED EVERY MONTH WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't bother
Not only did this not work for me at all, it bleached all my face towels. Imagine, it is dying your cloths and your putting that all over your face? If this worked or works for you, that's amazing. It just didn't for me.

only for people who get 1-2 pimples a month
This is not for anyone who has anything more than the mildest cases of acne, for it is to abrasive and irritating, and simply does not work. I used it for a few month back when I first got acne in the 6th grade. It worked for a two months and I remember vividly just breaking out more and more and being super embarrassed. I think it actually made my acne worse. Watch some of the commercials for this stuff. The people on there who talk about it in their before pictures literally have like one or two tiny pimples on their face. Of course it worked for them, they don't have acne lol.

Bad, especially for sensitive skin
My acne got worse while using this. Also, it sucks for sensitive skin. Pretty much ended up with red, raw skin, which can only be described as looking like I had a chemical peel... Yep, would not recommend!

Please don't go for this
This is the waste product,Please don't go for this. I have used it, which made my skin black in color and as well as no improvement in acne/scars removals. Instead of this you better prefer the normal solutions which are in available @ medical stores. Waste of Money and time.
