Yep, oral antibiotics definitely caused this. Same shit happened to me, but on my shoulders/back. We are hopeless sir, (maybe accutane is the answer). Who knows.

how long (months) were you on minocycyline for?

which anti fungal cream did you use? Also, did you try any harsh topicals on your face (i.e. benzoyl peroxide)?
