in moderation i don't think it will cause any problems...maybe once or twice a week. if you were eating 2-3 every day this may cause a problem. i usually hard boil mine and put it on top of my salad...

i think if you treat the problem from the beginning the liklihood of reoccuring acne will greatly diminish. the problem won't be as significant. some people continue to get acne throughout adulthood...

  if you've just started using proactiv i would suggest you get off of it. try dan's regimen and stick with it. proactiv is horrible!!!
