In my opinion it doesnt look fine at all. The structure doesnt look smooth at all.

It doesnt matter which u do first cuz u keep going. Tca, microneedle, tca, microneedle, etc. U keep 1 month inbetween. And i dont do cross but full face peel.

Alternate with a interval of one month

They both do different things, so can u alternate between these two with a interval 2 weeks? If not tell me why?

In the study, it seems effective (12.5). Does two layers 12.5 have the same effect as a 25% peel. Whats the downtime for a 12.5 and 25 peel?

How can i improve the middle section? Did 2 co2 laser treatments but Did not made any difference at all. It looks like sandpaper on cloudy days. 

Sometimes i think if i had a even skin tone, i wouldnt mind about the scarring that much. Especially in the middle.
