How would I go about microneedling in conjunction with TCA peels? Do I microneedle first and then wait an x amount of time before needling or vice versa. Please explain this to me because I've seen this method mentioned many times on this board but with no explanation of how it's done.

Which do you do first though? the needling or the cross?

It doesnt matter which u do first cuz u keep going. Tca, microneedle, tca, microneedle, etc. U keep 1 month inbetween. And i dont do cross but full face peel.
