Those are SUPER mild. If you want, try TCA peels and microneedling concurrently. It's not necessary though. If you want, maybe TCA cross in the narrow deep ones but it will make them wider

I agree with Petsme, TCA peel(s) should be fine. Have a Derm or Med Spa do them.
