What are your personal experiences? How much improvement did u got (%) ? Explain why u think ur approach is most beneficial to acne scarring. Throw in some studies, real results, photos or knowledge. This study results looks good, altough the lighting is a bit manipulating.

Personally i got 2 fractional laser (medart 610, never saw somebody mentioned this shitbrand) treatments and they diddnt do shit. Im now thinking of derminator + tca peel 12.5. Alternate with a interval like : derminator then wait two weeks, tca then wait 3 weeks, derminator then wait two weeks, tca then wait 3 weeks. Too aggressive??

Tca peel that low wont brung change or instant results,as a start point to see if your skin is cool with it and heals,ok.but tca needs to be high at around 25% and it works with gradual results but you will notice change,speaking here from experience.

In the study, it seems effective (12.5). Does two layers 12.5 have the same effect as a 25% peel. Whats the downtime for a 12.5 and 25 peel?

The stronger the tca the deeper the penetration or how long the tca works till neutralised.but,prob with high tca strength is frosting,this neutralises the tca nearly straight away.

different people react in different ways to tca at different strengths.
