In my experience, Aloe Vera really never helped for acne. However, it did make my skin appear healthier and smoother. I would say it does dry out the skin a bit.

anyone try a cucumber and honey toner? Supposedly, this helps returns the skin to its normal pH balance. I am contemplating between using this as a toner or ACV and greentea mixed.

I did some research and many people have stated that their acne came back once they started eating again. So I dont think this is a good idea, beacause we have to eat obviously.

anyone trying this? I think I may try the 3day fast. I think during the 30day fast when the toxins are leaving your body you may get new break outs.    

I want to try this, but how long should I fast for initially? 20 days is a bit excessive.
