Take your time and follow Dan's guidelines for increasing BP. You should only be using a dime size of BP at night during your first week on the regimen. Then the second week, a dime size twice a day.....

I would definitely contact a dermatologist regarding using the regimen w/acne rosacea. I believe that rosacea can be aggravated by using BP... Good luck!

You shouldn't smoke because it's just horrible for your skin, however I haven't heard of any adverse effects while on Accutane... :-/
