I've been taking glucosamine sulphate for over 6 months ... I think it does help with joint care .. but it took over 3 months before I saw results. I don't think it helped with my skin though.

lonelyman I think if the excised scar is indented, it is likely to remain indented (the case with mine) but I am performing TCA CROSS method on myself and the scars are now becoming more level. Also...
