katu - the coil/IUD is a birth control method - it's similar to a low progesterone pill but it is a small metal/plastic device inserted up your ... *ahem!* - it is there permanantly for 5+ years and then can be replaced ... it is the BEST birth control method available (even safer than sterilisation) ............ and one of the pleasant side effects, within 6 months, your periods become next to nothing (the first 3 months there is a lot of spot bleeding .... then it becomes a period maybe every 2 months or less and then it only lasts a day or 2 ........ great!!! ) Anyone can have it done, but some doctors prefer for people to have given birth first. And it can be taken out anytime and it doesn't effect fertility.
It is a little painful to have it done, but it only takes 10 minutes and is a simple procedure.. and then no more worries for 5 years!

WOW, Katu, you floored me. You write very very well for someone who speaks and writes English as a third Language! I am impressed!
I am looking forward to starting the HA supplements! I currently take malic acid and magnesium as a combo for fibromialgia. It supports joints and connective tissue (as does HA), and eliminated the pains I would otherwise have in my wrists.
In reading some of katu's links, I discovered that HA is also taken for fibromialgia.
I am wondering if the malic acid and magnesium combo I've been on is benefiting my skin. I am doing so much with my skin these days..... with all of my supplements and now spironolactone and the pill... and the topicals.... 8-[
So it could be helping along with everything else.
As a side note...
I do love Emergen-C lite with MSM. I just started taking it again... I used to take it but after I moved I never saw it in the stores until recently. It is a delightful fizzling drink with 1,000 miligrams of MSM and 1,000 miligrams of vitamin C along with B 12 and some other vitamins and minerals. It comes in little packets you mix with water. I've been drinking them like crazy as I heal from CROSS.
Scorpion_Vixen,
Your feedback about my English is much appreciated! I would still choose the "great skin" complement over "great English", but it is my second IMPORTANT on the list. lol!
I am not sure about the effects of malic acid and magnesium on the skin but it is more likely to be a plus than a minus...
Looking forward to compare HA results with you!
I know what you mean by using so many staff for your skin and body!
Since I own about 80-90% of the total acne.org's arsenal I actually have to "hide" some of the bottles from my kitchen and bathroom. Don't want to see the shocked faces of my guests anymore...
Does Emergen-C contain any sugar?
OMG! 2:00 am! i am gone!
Do you know what an education is these days? Knowing how to resource information and teaching someone to do it themselves is a gift.
yeah, two universities, two Masters degrees...
i didn't ask Maya "What is it TCA cross?" or any other info one can find in the acne.org boards...
i was actually enjoying our "girly" conversation with Maya... i MUCH appreciate her and other members time and help... and i always try and will post any valuable information back...as my thanks!

About the Eternal Youth they list HA-DS 300mg per tab, but how much HA is really in the tab. HA-DS is a combination of Hyaluronic Acid (HA), Dermatan Sulfate (DS), its not 300mg of both, so how much HA is really in the pills? I just got my order today, and I guess time will tell...
