Well I think I can confirm that, for me, masturbation does cause acne. My face has been pretty clear, only a few small spots here and there, and last week I masturbated twice - monday and wednesday......

It doesn't cause acne, but it def aggravates it. I never notice new breakouts, but next day my current acne is way more inflamed.
