Thanks, I am still using the honey, probably about every two days. It's definitely one of the best things if you have sensitive skin since it dries out the spots but not the surrounding areas.  ...

I eat quite a lot of oily fish and also take one fish oil capsule each day but a lot of people seem to be taking more. How many would you recommend?
