In general, when you miss a dose, you just skip this and go on as normal... so you'd just do azi, and then return to normal. Your combo sounds quite powerful, is your acne very severe? Brain pressure...

No creams and gels ever helped me much(but I never had much face problem)... and nothing longer term. If your disease is severe, antibiotics/tane may be the only way docs will go. I remember one derm,...

I have not had your reaction, but had other severe issues on tane and stopped it... in 5th month. Just do it.

Is it only your face? Tane has long term effects... some may not appear immediately, some may be permanent. Once you have taken it, it may be too late. Joint problems are very common.

If you feel unwell, stop! I started weakening, and then my muscles failed altogether... 5th month and I could not get up from bed, legs, arms, fingers... all became weak like in terminally ill patient...
