Subcision and suction, and TCA Cross for pitted scarring. Microneedling and TCA peels for texture. Give it a year or two and you should see great improvement. Your skin texture is still really smooth.

You should only do subcision if your scars are pitted and cast shadows in overhead lighting. Otherwise it's definitely not worth all the hassle of going abroad.

I have similar texture issues as well. I have dermastamped for a while and unfortunately haven't noticed major improvement in texture. Would be interested to see what other people say about this.

Sri Srinivasan will likely be a Supreme Court Justice sometime down the road, and has significant scarring.

You're a great candidate for subcision and suction. You have pitted scarring, but your skin texture is not bad at all.

Go get a food panel blood test done to see if you have any allergies. For me, the root was eating a ton of gluten and dairy. Once I ate a really healthy plant-based diet, my skin calmed down.

Be careful not to over do it. You do a good job of highlighting your scars in harsh lighting.

Yeah because needling and TCA do different things to your skin, and they don't interfere with each other if you do it once every two weeks. The study didn't say do needling every two weeks or TCA ever...
