My lips do go dry alot but Vaseline does the trick. I'm really tempted to try saw palmetto or beta sitosterol but I'm pretty much guaranteed to get low libido from either one which sucks.

I'm using solgar 500mg same as traveller. Not really any effects good or bad yet hard to tell as I'm also taking inliven, taurine, d3, optizinc, eklonia cabs and pine pollen. Still shedding hair but ...

Ahhh man that sucks. So far no side effects at 1 500mg pill a day with food. You could try every other day and see if that's better. What brand are you using?
