Honestly, I feel like I can't really tell. If I told you you have to take X supplement or go do Y I would be lying.
I have taken a shit ton of different supplements, tried multiple oils and stuff like aloe vera, improved my diet, increased protein intake, taken high quality iron and so on.
These all play a factor probably.
Unfortunately I also took Finasteride for a short while(2 weeks) but stopped 1.5 years ago. This shit is poison.

Now if I run my hand through my hair I don't shed a single hair, just like before B5. After B5 when I rubbed my hair over my desk there would be 20+ strands of hair. Also when I wash my hair I don't notice any shedding.

I only ever noticed hair loss at the temples but I was shedding all over. Now it seems like the hair on my temples is thickening up again and very slowly my hairline is growing back in.

It could be due to a variety of reasons, I don't care very much about my hair anymore.
My only advice would be to avoid Finasteride like hell.
Read up on how they came up with the drug in the first place.

What kind of diet do you do now? How much protein per day? What about carbs?

How much iron and what kind? I am taking advanced ferrochel, 27mg a day.

What were your sides on fin?

Hey guys, attached a picture because the hairs keep on growing strong on my formerly bald temple there.

Only 3 reasons this could be happening, 1) a thyroid supplement 2) Inositol (but I stopped taking it a while ago) 3) It took my body 3.5 years to finally recover from B5 toxicity.

I'm still trying not to get my hopes up too much but it's interesting.

It was this one [Edited link out]

But there are plenty of products with the exact same ingredients like this one here https://www.amazon.com/Thyroid-Support-Supplement-Hypothyroidism-Ashwagandha/dp/B00V6Y66TI

No idea if it really helped or not, it could have been inositol. I'm going to wait and see what happens, if the regrowth doesn't continue I will get back on inositol.

Personally, I'd recommend Cysteine, Iron Biglyscinate together with Vitamin C and Folic Acid.
Herbs like Ashwagandha and Maca are a good idea too.

I'd be careful with iodine. If you suspect you are hypothyroid or just want to give your thyroid a boost pregnenolone is a lot safer and more reliable.

Can you post photos of your head and hair loss areas?

Do you shed a lot still?

Nearly two months on fin and shedding slowed considerably for a few weeks but has picked up again since. No side effects from the tablets and no new growth. Hoping to preserve what I have left (an NW 3 with a V shape but no thinning at the crown) and get a hair transplant in the new year. Only problem is I live in England and it seems we're notorious for being quite slow in usingthe latesthair transplant techniques.Any American guyswould bespoilt for choice itwould seem.

Why limit yourself with location? You might even save money traveling elsewhere to do it.

Bosie, please for the love of god, please, keep all of us updated here with your progress.

I heard Dr. Reddy is good, and I believe he is in England.

So fin has slowed down hairloss you had from B5 for sure?

Are you taking high quality pictures of your hair every month at the least? PLEASE do this.... if we see hair loss stop, and thickening.. we will pretty much know this is the cure.

Thanks Bosie!

All,

This is urgent.

On your right hand... is your ring finger (4th finger) longer than your index finger (2nd finger) ???

Apparently this means you are very susceptible to MPB.... has to do with androgens in the womb and whatnot.

http://ehrs.org/conf...ts/P1-birch.htm

My ring finger is indeed longer than index finger :(

2 things that have really helped me are ashwanganda tincture and the probiotic supplement called inliven. feel so much better no anxiety or stress I've literally stopped caring about hair now and my hair even looks a lot better along with my mood and energy but the best thing is libido it's raging atm and the misses is very pleased haha.

I took them both every day for 3weeksbut now just taking every couple of days. I have a feeling its most likely inliven it's very powerful. Takes a couple of weeks to kick in tho.

Mike I deleted my old email if u need to contact me again use [Removed personal information]
