The absolute biggest misconception on this site is that red marks are PIH. They are not, and acids wont peel them away.

I really think you should go to a derm who can try and help you get your active acne under control, acv is not going to cut it.

You need to deal with your active acne before you can do anything. Also, whitening creams wont do anything for red marks.

If by hyperpigmentation you mean red marks then a peel isn't going to do anything. Generally speaking only people with dark skin get real hyperpigmentation from acne.
