Look in to chemical peels, maybe go see a dermatologist if you can. Im not sure where youre from but in Canada you can go talk to one for free within a few days. You will probably have to get your active acne under control before you can deal with the hyperpigmentation. Wearing sunscreen on your forehead should help too.
