Hi, my age is 21 years and I am a boy from Asian country. I have acne scars for around 1 year and now I am feeling stressed because of these scars. I had acne for more than 3 years and I thought that these pigmentation will fade on its owns but I was not aware that it will change into scars.

Now kindly tell me which type of scars these are and what should be the suitable treatment for these scars without any side effect to my skin or making my skin worse.

Can these skars be treated with microneedling only?

Will any girl accept me with these scars on my face? I am too much depressed

Yes, a girl will accept you. Girls are amazing and see the person and not the person's imperfections 🙂

You might need a combo of things to treat your scarring.

Here's my feeling for what might be recommended:

For the icepick scars, TCA Cross might be a good start.

For your boxcar scar, maybe subcision (with suction) would be a good initial start.

Then, maybe either a few sessions of ablative fractional laser or microneedling + PRP would be interesting to get everything as even as possible.

And if you're still struggling with one or two places, maybe a little filler.

But, you want to get under the care of someone really good that you trust to do this for you. First, research scar treatment options so you know everything about them and team up with someone good to get you improved.

And expect improvement, but not perfection. You'll always have some scarring most likely, and that's ok. We all have imperfections!

Subcision for rolling scars, possibly TCA Cross for ice picks (though yours dont seem that deep) Micro-needling by an experienced physician would also help. I think you should stay away from lasers given your skin tone, as it could scar you worse.

I would suggest looking into excision for that really deep box scar
