I feel your pain. I have the same for my nose. I am considering TCA/Phenol cross or excision at the moment. Do you still have oily skin? I heard that might inhibit healing when TCA cross. Also make sure you let it be done professionally as there are risks of widening the pores/scars.

CROSS works well for icepicks...but...I haven't seen it on the nose. Every time I've ever seen before and afters its been on the cheeks/temples. So, this is a good question.

I'd see if you can talk to a pro about this and see before and afters of people who tried CROSS specifically on the nose.

I don't know I have seen cross screw up nose scars on one thread. Just be careful. Maybe a good medium peel or some careful lasering I don't know what's safe on the nose tbh.
