Hello! I have an ice pick scar in between my eyes brows and a red scar that was left over from a curette procedure to remove a lesion above my eye brow. I have talked to many skin care experts and I keep getting different answers, ranging all the way from TCA cross to ipl and everything in between.
i know in terms of severity they arent terrible but they bother me and cause self esteem issues.
would anyone have any suggestions on how to improve the appearance of these spots?

To me that looks like a straight tiny red mark. I don't see any depth. Definitely don't do TCA cross on something with no depth. Even my icepicks responded poorly to TCA cross, they widened, although some people that procedure helps apparently.
Honestly if it's just the red marks try a non-ablative vbeam type laser on that one spot. If there is actual depth and I just can't see it, try something very tame. One zap with fractional laser perhaps, ie one square perhaps.
I'm biased with IPL. I tried it pre or post dermabrasion around 2004 and it literally did nothing either on my redness or scars or anything but I was sold IPL on moderate scarring/redness which clearly would do nothing or almost nothing.
