Ive seen 3 dermatologists (with a good reputation) and all of them said that I dont need subcision. I feel like I do:/. What you guys think?

I'd guess that a few CROSS procedures and then maybe ablative laser might be a good way to go. Subcision is always a good thing too. It's not that invasive and works somewhat, but not usually that dramatically.

yes its collagen deficient pits and some fat is missed as well. We need to start the collagen remodeling process. Phenol is known to be the most collagen producing acid but it takes time, set your timer to 2 years and continue treating with cross. Just get 5 phenol cross sessions every 3 months and 1 session of subcsion in the start and end. At the end of of 2 years see how your skin responded and adjust which would give you more improvement

I don't know if it would hurt but those border edges need to be blended to allow for any alleged healing/collagen. I think maybe getsmart has the best advice. I'd probably gamble with some sort of resurfacing and/or subcision as well. The resurfacing options suck and the doctors are very hesitant to do major stuff given the risks but you know take the plunge. Things like top layer resurfacing won't work because yours are too wide/deep. I think getsmart is right just try to build collagen and raise scars and skim borders as best you can.
