Hello. First, sorry for my english.
Unfortunately, I have been suffering for 9 years with acne. In the 4th grade, a first acne came out. In the 9th grade, the acne became large and cystic. In the 10th grade (finally) at least one doctor guessed to offer me to use acnecutan. The rest of the doctors advised all sorts of stupid cleaning procedures (just earning money). After treatment, i only left with severe scars. I thought everything was fine and there would be no acne, but after 3 years, severe acne started again in the summer (I thought it was because of the gym). As a result, after much thought, I roughly realized that it was because of some kind of composition that is contained in bread (buns, chips, crackers). I can eat crackers one brand and I will have a rash all over my body, acne may appear on my back and face. And from another brand - everything will be fine.
Now I am learning to control acne and I hope that they will no longer be (or they will be insignificant and small.)
Over the past year I have done 3 rounds of co2 peeling and subcision with filler. All this is absolutely fruitless. Subcision with filler did not give any results! I ask for help!
I have a lot of textural scars (surfaces), reddish in color. They persist for a very long time (up to 5 years, near the ears for example). I do not know how to remove them, but if i remove the color, they will become almost invisible or disappear completely.
Serious scars on my cheeks and temples. I don't have enough icepicks, I'm ready to not treat them. But I have boxcars and rolling.
I also have wide cystic scars. This is clearly visible on the right last photo at the cheek.
When stretched, my scars improve by 40-60%, but I still see them. Boxcars are barely improving. Cystic improve by 60-80%. Maybe point of full subcision with suction it will help me. I also live in eastern Europe. Obviously I won't be able to visit good doctors like dr rullan, davin lim..

You seem to have a combo of scarring going on, and usually that means a combo of procedures, and sometimes multiple procedures are needed until you see results you're happy with. You are right that you need to find someone good to help figure out exactly what to do and then to do it with skill. And you also need to keep in mind hyperpigmentation as you do it since you said your skin holds on to pigmentation for a long time. So it can be a tough decision.
Educate yourself on scar procedure options and then do your best to find a good doctor or plastic surgeon who specializes in scar repair. Even if you have to wait a little bit until you can see a good one, that's better than going to a less experienced person that is easier to see.
