Hi,

I have some rolling scars on my cheek and Ive noticed what I think is white/lighter scar tissue in the center of the indentation. I have just returned from a family holiday to Thailand and I think my skin being tan at the moment is making it more noticeable. Is this normal for rolling scars or do I have some form of rolling scar/keloid combination? I imagine that all scars will have some scar tissue that will have formed as the skin tried to heal?

All help much appreciated. The reason that I ask is that I wonder if subcision and fillers will be an appropriate treatment plan if these are small keloids?
