Cons:
It dries your skin if you use it too much.
This product is wonderful, for all of the people that say it dried your skin out its because you didn't follow the directions you'll did it the way you wanted to do it and it dried out your skin. Use only one pad a day use this with a combination of Noxema Face Wash after you use that use the Clearasil pads and I bet it will clear your skin, also apply a small amount of Equate Vaseline with Aloe as an ingredient and I bet your skin will get clear that is what I'm using and my skin is clearing. Also your only suppose to wipe the pad were you have acne not all over your face.

Made my acne worse
A total farce - doesn't work at all. In fact I think it made my actual acne worse, which was a bummer since I was trying to get rid of all signs of my acne! Decided to go with my Ninja brand's bleach product with Kojic acid and that has really helped me a lot. Still not 100% scar free but I would say it has cleared up about 60-70% so far. Fingers crossed I can get to 100%!!!

Amazing for those with oily skin!
I have started using this product a week ago and have been noticing that now I do not wake up with a face full of oil, wanting to wash my face immediately. I also noticed that in the day, my face feels less greasy than usual. This pads also helped remove my pimple really quick. I had a small pimple at the side of my nose which formed a head and disappeared within 2-3 days! As for skin pigmentation, I wouldn't be too quick to judge as these takes much longer than a week to see changes. My regimen now is use a gentle face wash followed by the salicylic acid pad, benzoyl peroxide on affected areas and then moisturise my entire face. Yes, this can be a little drying but I feel the drying effect is not as bad as the benzoyl peroxide. I only use the pads once, at most twice a day.

Horrible!!
I've been using this product for a while now and I'm really disappointed by how the product has delivered. i Honestly feel like I've broke out more since I've been using this product. The redness of my acne is more noticeable, skin feels dry after applying the product. I honestly don't recommend this product to anyone.

Product used: Clean & Clear (Advantage Acne Spot Treatment)
Horrible Product
This product completely ruined my skin. I had a couple invisible pimples, and I applied this to them. Over night, my skin burned and left big red patches where the pimples were. Aloe vera or neutrogena did not help, and they faded away in a while. I WOULD NOT recommend this product.

Switched to DermalMD for acne which has got rid of acne in under a week. Loreal was a waste of money

Blisters and more spots!!!
I don't usually get many breakouts but on this occasion I felt it necessary to buy something for the spots that were dotted around my chin, forehead, jaw line, and either side of my nose (not on my nose). After using the treatment gel for only 2 days, my skin was breaking our even more and in clusters around the treated areas, my already existing spots were now irritated and itchy and one side of my nose has actually blistered! I am absolutely devastated that my face looks far worse than ever before. I wish I'd have read the comments on this site before actually buying the toxic product. Off to buy some tea tree and aloe vera to see if I can rectify the damage done! Doesn't deserve any stars.

awful
I tried this after not liking Cetaphil, which was too oily. This product burns, my skin is flaking off and has never had this much acne, redness and just irritated skin. This tiny bottle was I don't know how much, total waste. Bumpy red splotchy nightmare

Product used: Sea Breeze (Actives Deep Clean Astringent)
Careful, largely differing formulas
I bought this awhile back after finding it on this site and being enticed by the mostly positive reviews. It was of no benefit whatsoever, it simply made my acne appearance worse. As it turns out, this astringent comes in variants, and I wasn't buying what I thought I was. Here's the ingredients of the original formula: Water, Alcohol Denat., Camphor, Peppermint Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus Oil (Clove), Eucalyptus Globulus Oil, Eugenol, Sodium Benzoate, Yellow No. 5, Orange No. 4 As you can see, water is listed first, followed directly by denatured alcohol. This makes for a consistency practically equal to water, and a harsh, unpleasant smell. I regretted this purchase. Nevertheless, this version still has quite a bit of positive feedback, but make sure you know what you're paying for.

Do Not Use!!!
I used this product once and it made my face red and it stung a bit. I tried to use it again but the same thing happened to me. I advise you to stay away from this product. If you have sensitive skin.
Pros:
This product when used properly will clear up your acne.
