Pros:

It made the one pimple go away, it works when it's already big and visible. Or when you pop it, put it right on top and it's gone by the next day.

Cons:

It causes some of my acne to be worse. It made me peel a lot causing scabs and etc. WORSE EVER. Wish I never bought it. Should've stuck with natural stuff.

If you have big, ready to pop pimples, go get this. If you have pimples that are not whiteheads and not visible, do not get this. It just makes the pimple worse! Worse product ever gotten. Waste of 8 bucks.

Pros:

beads exfoliate, smells good, you actually see less blackheads in 2 days!

Cons:

of course it can't get rid of all your blackheads in 1 day so it will take a while, does dry skin a little so use a moisturizer after

The day I started using this it started exfoilitaing my skin and i saw improvment quickly. I have blackheads just on my nose so wherever you have the most blackheads concentrate on that part but make sure to still use it all over your face because it cleans your pores and helps prevent breakouts.

Pros:

I love it! I have awful acne scars on my cheeks but they've on their way to being gone! plus I have reeaallyy sensitive skin & the product doesn't upset it at all. It evens out the awful redness in my skin too :)

Cons:

Smells weird but not the worst thing you could ever smell. Nobody should complain, it goes away in 2 mins. I'm wearing it right now :P

but I can't find it anywhere anymore!! I've checked Target, Walmart, etc. every week for the past month.. no

Fades acne, smooths skin, evens skin color.. smells sort of unpleasant but not awful. Is fine on sensitive skin & I love it! I just wish I could find some more of it in stores

Pros:

works well at preventing acne breakouts

Cons:

odd, small shaped bottle is hard to squeeze out when it's running low.

I use this product all over my face. It keeps my skin soft and just about acne-free. I have very mild acne and the breakouts have diminished since I've started using this product. If I do get any pimples, they're very small (and few and far between) and using the product as a spot treatment helps get rid of the pimples quickly. In the area in which I live, I can no longer buy this product in local drug stores. I tried other similar products, but was so disappointed with their effectiveness. I even had bad reactions to some. Thankfully, I can buy it on-line.

Pros:

It can get rid of those HUGE papules like...PRESTO! It smells good=] it works fast and its tingly!! What's not 2 luv?!

Cons:

Can make sensitive areas redder.
Can sting.
Can dry out skin.

How to use this product w/out damaging ur skin: 1) apply only to zits! dont apply to entire affected area! 2) apply 1-5 times a day directly on zit for optimum results 3) always use sunscreen when using this product!!!! 4) dont put it on those little skin colored bumps. this product will irritate them making them bigger (but not big!) and red! Some people that are saying it didn't work for them obviously didn't use this product right. I have sensitive skin and i used to apply this to my whole forehead.... AUGH!!NEVER AGAIN!!

Finding a Doctor

The right dermatologist can make a big difference to your patient experience and the success of your acne treatment plan. Here are the steps to find a dermatologist who is a good fit:

  1. Use the search feature on the American Academy of Dermatology website to look for board-certified dermatologists in your area, and filter the search results for doctors with a special interest in treating acne.
  2. Read online patient reviews of any dermatologists you are considering and ask people you know whether they have any experience with these dermatologists.
  3. Do your research and go to your first appointment with questions prepared.
  4. Listen to what your gut feeling tells you once you see a dermatologist in person. If you are not completely comfortable, try a different dermatologist.

Finding a Doctor

Only a select few plastic surgeons specialize in acne scar revision surgery. Be certain to find a provider who specializes in acne scar repair and who is passionate and experienced in this area.

Be sure to:

  • Look at before and after photos, the more the better, especially patients with similar scarring to your own.
  • Be realistic about results. Look for improvement, not a cure.

Questions to ask a potential scar revision specialist:

  • Are you board certified? Be certain that they are board certified.
  • How long have you been performing these procedures? Normally, the more experience the better, however, some younger surgeons may be more on top of the latest procedures.
  • Can I speak to some of your other patients? Ask for references for several patients who had similar scarring and speak to them about the process and their satisfaction with results.

Red flags:

  • Their story changes: As you discuss different treatment options, if they tend to change their mind easily, or agree with whatever you say, consider this a red flag. A confident, experienced surgeon will possess strong, unwavering opinions.
  • Your gut tells you "no": Trust your gut. If you just don't feel that the doctor is the right fit, trust that and move on. On the other hand, if you feel they are the perfect specialist for you, trust that feeling.
